Parent Data Confirmation

Every year we ask returning families to complete the Data Confirmation. In order to complete this an Aeries Parent Portal account is required. An Aeries Parent Portal account is created automatically when students are added to our system. An email is automatically sent to the email provided to us during registration that will provide steps to complete set up. If you do not have an account then please contact your school.

The link for the Parent Portal can be found under the For Parents menu on this websites top navigation bar. Some of the information you will be confirming would be address, contacts, and medical conditions. Additionally there are several policies to agree to such as internet and technology use, photo consent, and emergency medical treatment consent.

Please note: You can request from your school the teacher assignments only AFTER you have completed your data confirmation. This will be provided by your school via email or call and will NOT be visible in your portal.
