Parent Data Confirmation
Every year we ask returning families to complete the Data Confirmation. In order to complete this an Aeries Parent Portal account is required. An Aeries Parent Portal account is created automatically when students are added to our system. An email is automatically sent to the email provided to us during registration that will provide steps to complete set up. If you do not have an account then please contact your school.
The link for the Parent Portal can be found under the For Parents menu on this websites top navigation bar. Some of the information you will be confirming would be address, contacts, and medical conditions. Additionally there are several policies to agree to such as internet and technology use, photo consent, and emergency medical treatment consent.
Please note: You can request from your school the teacher assignments only AFTER you have completed your data confirmation. This will be provided by your school via email or call and will NOT be visible in your portal.
When you log in you will see a tan banner asking you to complete the Data Confirmation. Please click on the blue Click Here text as seen in the image to begin the confirmation.
Please complete each section. After you complete the section on the right you will have to click on the green button that says Confirm and Continue. If you can't click on it then it is because you have not complete the section on the right. After you complete each section you will notice that each section won't be greyed out.
After you have completed all sections then you still have to click the green box that says Finish and Submit.
Once you see this page then you are done!
If you completed your data confirmation, but need to go back to make changes then from the dashboard you only have to go to Student Info and select Data Confirmation. This will take you back to the Data Confirmation page where you can make any changes you need to.
If you have more than one student in the district then you can quickly access both profiles by clicking on Change Student in the dashboard.
