INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN GOOGLE MEETS BOARD MEETINGS:

  • Accessing the Meeting:
  • Public Participation:
    • No Video Display: Members of the public will not be visible on video during the meeting.
    • Muted Microphones: Public participants will remain muted throughout the meeting.

HOW TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT

  • Email Submission:
    • If you wish to make a public comment and are not attending in person, you may submit your comments via email to pubcomms@millercreeksd.org.
  • Timing:
    • Comments received by 3 PM on the day before a Regular Board meeting will be shared with all Trustees in advance of the meeting.
    • Comments received after 3 PM the day prior or during the meeting will be shared with Trustees afterward but will not influence the current meeting's discussions or decisions.
  • Please Note:
    • While the Board welcomes public comments on items not on the agenda, they will not respond to questions or comments during the meeting.
