Bio:

Nick Miller comes to Miller Creek for the 23/24 school year with sixteen years of experience in public education, mostly at the middle school level. He was a classroom teacher for ten years, an instructional coach for four years, and most recently served as the Vice Principal of Davidson for Middle School the past two years.

Mr. Miller's approach to educational leadership centers on three key elements: collaboration, integrity, and equity. As an educational leader, he works with a variety of stakeholders each day and believes it is critical to collaborate effectively with each group. Mr. Miller takes pride in being a thoughtful, active listener and appreciates working together to solve complex problems. Integrity means following through on his commitments and striving to do what is best for our students in all situations. Ensuring equitable outcomes for all students is the foundation for his work in schools. Mr. Miller believes that every child should have access to the resources they need in order to reach their full potential.

In his down time, Mr. Miller enjoys cooking and baking, especially sourdough bread or anything sweet. Nature brings him clarity and peace, so he tries to get outside as much as he can. Mr. Miller also enjoys spending time with his wife Blair, his sisters, his nieces, parents, and his close friends.
