Dear Parent or Guardian:
 

It's time again to order your bus pass or tickets if you wish your child to ride on a Miller Creek District School Bus for the 2019/20 school year. Home to School Bus Transportation offers families a safe, convenient and environmentally friendly way to get kids to school. Again this year we have not increased the price and we continue to offer the following options:
 

   ∙ One-way Annual Pass (for those who want to ride either mornings                                                                                  only or afternoons only)

   ∙ On-line registration (www.millercreeksd.org for more information)

   ∙ Ticket books are still available

   · Payment Plan Option (District Office only)
 

Those interested in a payment plan option must inquire in person at the District Office.
 

We will accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards) for payment when purchasing books of tickets, annual, semester, or a one-way pass. Credit Card transactions will be accepted when registering online and at the District Office between the hours of 9AM and 4:30PM.


This year, in an effort to reduce paper and postage, we are referring all interested families to the District’s website for transportation information and procedures. (See web address above) Click on the Parent tab and dropdown to Transportation & Passes.  Once there you will have the chance to view the route sheets for each individual school, download an application and review the rules with your child(ren). To process your request, download and submit your application with payment and the rules for bus rider’s signature sheet.


For those unable to download or view the information on our website you may come by the District Office to pick up a packet or call 415-492-3700 to request a packet be mailed.


To ensure your child's bus pass or tickets arrive prior to the first day of school (Thursday 8/22/2019), we ask that you complete the application either online or mail the paper form as soon as possible.  Please be aware that some routes have changed and are subject to future changes as needed.


Again this year, we will have a bus at each elementary site on Wednesday 8/21/19 – Kindergarten Orientation Day (see schedule below).  Your kindergarten child will have the opportunity to board the bus, sit in seats and get familiar with the bus, so when they start riding they will feel a bit more comfortable.  Transportation for kindergarten students is available the first day of a school.

To make future purchases fast and simple you would log in with your registered username & password to buy your bus pass.

Option #1 - Purchase Online – For 2019-2020 school year, an on-line service, SchoolPay, will allow parents to use their Visa, Master Card & Discover Card to purchase Bus passes, with a 3% processing fee.  The bus pass will be mailed to you in August. Please use the links in Box 1


We are also offering a Payment Plan option  for the Annual and 1-Way Annual Passes. We are hoping this will make it easier on the families around the district by dividing the total prices into 3 payments. Please use the links in Box 2
